About me::

I have worked with West Essex Mind for 4 years, in my role as Community Bridge Building Coordinator I work with groups and individuals promoting active recovery from mental ill health and better social inclusion. I trained to become a Mental Health First Aid Instructor in 2010, and deliver the course with my colleague from West Essex Mind; Mike Ellen. Mike and I are now able to offer Youth MHFA as well. We would be happy to hear from anyone interested in the MHFA training.
