About me::

I am the Managing Director of Lancashire Training Solutions, a local training provider of mental health awareness, workplace health and healthy lifestyle choices for all sectors. I currently offer the Adult, Youth and Lite MHFA courses throughout England. I am committed to reducung the stigma and discrimination that people who suffer from poor mental health face. I currently Chair the East Lancashire Mental Health Forum and actively network with local agencies and services. I have many years experience of being both a staff trainer and a Disability Employment Adviser within the Jobcentre Plus setting. Most recently I delivered a four year programme called 'Workfit', using the workplace setting to encourage healthy lifestyles choices to improve both physical and mental health. I attained the PTLLS and CTLLS qualifications in 2010/2012. I have recently completed an Enhanced CRB check.
