About me::

I have been working in the mental health field for 3rd sector organisations for 12 years gaining vast understanding and knowledge of mental health experiences and the impact it has on an individual's life. As a manager and Trainer for 10 years I have proven myself to be an appropriate, sensitive and effective manager and trainer of recovery focused services. I strive to raise public awareness of mental health and wellbeing and to challenge stigma. The MHFA course is a fantastic course to achieve these aims. I have expertise in using a variety of training techniques to suit all types of learning styles and levels of knowledge. Customers have included Local Council, Universities, schools, police, Birmingham Crime and Disorder Unit, Service User Groups and other mental health organisations. I have facilitated training and consultation throughout the UK and Southern Ireland.
