This 4 hour refresher course is for those who have previously completed their MHFA 2 day or 1 day Champions Training. It is recommended that learners refresh their skills every 3 years. The course is online via Zoom and your delegate workbook will be posted to you at your preferred address. We would love to have you join us in this interactive and supportive session where everyone is welcome no matter how much or how little you have had the opportunity to use your skills
