The Youth Refresher course is for MHFAiders who have completed the Youth MHFA course in the past and are needing to refresh their knowledge and skills. It is recommended that the Refresher course is completed within three years of completing the MHFAider course. The course is four hours and is completed online, and the aim is for all learners to come away feeling confident and up to date with their knowledge. Learners will also get access to the new 'Support & Benefits' package from MHFA England.
