Jennifer Rawlinson is an experienced MHFA England instructor specialising in workplace mental health and wellbeing training. With 13 years experience in a high pressured corporate environment, leading large teams, Jennifer fully appreciates the pressures faced day to day of juggling it all. As such her training always takes a real pragmatic approach. With experience of training across many different sectors including education settings, sporting environments, law, charities and the NHS to name just a few.
