This 2-day course is aimed at anyone who is seeking to develop the skills and confidence to recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health issues and effectively guide a person towards the right support. On full completion of the course you will achieve mental health first aider certification. The course is delivered by two qualified professional practitioner's working within mental health services to provide a informative, varied and enjoyable course , but most importantly ensures you are well supported throughout. The total cost for the course includes venue, all course materials, refreshments and lunch on both days.
