The 4-hour MHFA Refresher course will empower you to:� Keep updated on mental health support/signposting Update your knowledge of mental health and what influences it� Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan Just like physical first aid, we recommend that Mental Health First Aiders and MHFA Champions attend a Refresher course every three years. Takes place via zoom on Tuesday 19 July from 9am - 1pm. Cost: �125+VAT per person
