The Mental Health First Aid online course is a brilliant way to become an accredited MHFAider, participating in manageable scheduled live sessions, supported by online learning and a comprehensive manual. This is an opportunity to develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to support others through identifying the signs and symptoms of potential mental ill health and providing first aid.
