The 2 Day MHFA course will be held online, including individual learning and live sessions across 2 days with interactive activities and discussions. The instructor Christina James, the owner of Sanitas Hub Ltd, has a degree in Mental Health Nursing with the added modules of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), in anxiety and depression and Hearing Voices Network, delivering hearing voices in peer-to-peer networking.
