Mental health Champions work with Mental Health First Aiders to ensure a mentally healthy and safe environment and culture for everyone. This is an immersive, wellbeing focused and experiential Training Course delivered in 1 day. It is for you if you provide support and leadership to others, but cannot do the 2 Day Mental Health First Aid course. You'll leave empowered with more awareness, ability to spot signs of mental ill health, skills & qualification to support yourself, colleagues, clients.
