This 4-hour interactive, instructor led course will take place from 10am- 2pm with a 15 minute break in the middle. The course cost is: 75 pounds per person inclusive of training and workbooks. Jessica Shields is the MHFA instructor leading the session. Jessica is a trained mindset coach and NLP master practitioner, supporting mental wellbeing in contexts such as; NHS, prison service, schools and private sector. This course is of great value to all managers and leaders.
