Mental Health First Aiders work with management and colleagues to ensure a mentally healthy and safe environment and culture for everyone. This is an immersive, wellbeing focused and experiential Training Course delivered in 2 days. You'll leave empowered with more awareness, ability to spot signs of mental ill health, skills & qualification to support yourself, colleagues, clients. Delegates can apply for the Level 3 RSPH qualification after this training. Delegates also receive access to ongoing support.
