This is the MHFA England Two Day Mental Health First Aid course which will result in accreditation as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider). The course will teach you to: recognise poor mental health in others; feel more confident in how to step in and provide the first level of support; how to signpost to professional help; be a more active and non-judgemental listener, & how to focus on your own self-care and ensure you maintain boundaries in the support you offer.
