Teach Mental Health First Aid - Become an Instructor

As a Mental Health First Aid Instructor, you will be qualified to deliver Mental Health First Aid courses to people who live and work in England. Our instructors are confident teachers with the ability to accurately and effectively transfer knowledge, information, and to communicate with learners to motivate, engage, and encourage empathy.

We will help you to develop all of these skills during a seven day training programme which is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health. We run Instructor training programmes across all of our courses including Adult MHFA, Youth MHFA, and Armed Forces MHFA.

Training your organisation in Mental Health First Aid

If you are a larger organisation – whether you're in the corporate, statutory or charity sector – and would like to train larger numbers within your workforce, we can work with you directly to facilitate this. We call this part of our business MHFA Client Experience Team and we work with a team of Associate Instructors who are qualified to deliver the appropriate course for your organisation. We will work collaboratively with you to ensure you have the right course content for your specific environment.
