Overview

Stay ready to support young people
Keep your Youth Mental Health First Aid skills up to date with our Youth MHFA Refresher Course - recommended every three years. This four-hour course will renew your skills, update your knowledge, and give you time to practice applying the MHFA Action Plan, so you’re always confident and prepared to support young people aged 8 to 18.

Whether you live with, work with, or support young people, this course keeps you:

  • Motivated to make a difference
  • Empowered to step in
  • Confident to act when it matters most

Just like physical first aid, refreshing your MHFA skills shows real commitment to building a mentally healthy environment for young people.
