With the Mental Health Foundation setting the theme of "Stress: Are we coping?" for Mental Health Awareness Week 2018, MHFA England launched the Address Your Stress toolkit. We designed this new resource to help everyone identify the signs and sources of stress, reflect on different coping strategies and take steps to help reduce the impact too much stress can have.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the campaign by downloading or sharing the Address Your Stress toolkit. We were thrilled to see all the ways people were using it off the screen and out in the real world!
See below for a few examples of ways people were addressing their stress.
Although Mental Health Awareness Week is over, it's never too late to Address Your Stress. Get the toolkit here.
An erupting volcano? Being bugged? Or a ballon ready to pop? Different ways of exploring stress and anger with children based upon @MHFAEngland idea of the bucket and water overflowing. #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #Mentalhealth #education pic.twitter.com/JJ3mCj3U2M

Just had our NYA team #AddressYourStress lunch
Shared some great stress management tips, talked through what our personal stressors are, and more importantly had a good old chat about cheese, guinea pigs and teddy bears!
Thanks @MHFAEngland for producing these great docs! pic.twitter.com/ohKuSePRtw
