Sunday 10 October 2021 is World Mental Health Day. The day gives us all an opportunity to highlight the importance of mental health.

Tools and events to support you and others

World Mental Health Day falls on a Sunday this year so many workplaces will be looking to mark the day in the week leading up to it. During this period, we encourage you to take some time to check in on your own mental health and encourage others to do the same.

Take the free My Whole Self MOT

Regular wellbeing catch-ups with colleagues are a vital way to support one another, which is why we developed the free My Whole Self MOT. By following the steps in the MOT, you will have the tools to confidently start a conversation about mental health.

Share diary reminders

You can share our diary reminder with others so that everyone can check-in on their wellbeing in the run up to World Mental Health Day.

Join our free webinar

You can also join our free webinar on Friday, 8 October from 1-2pm. This interactive session, ‘How to practise a mental health MOT’, will guide attendees through a series of activities to help you check-in on your own and others’ mental health.

Take time to check-in

Whatever you and your organisation choose to do for World Mental Health Day, make sure you take time to pause. The last 18 months have asked a lot of all of us. To find out more, take a look at our workplace offer or give us a call on 0203 928 0760 to see how we can help you.
