Seven days that could change your life: Train as a Youth Mental Health First Aid instructor

We can teach you how to deliver your own MHFA courses independently. People from all walks of life train to become MHFA instructors but they all have one thing in common – a desire to increase mental health awareness within our society and bring parity of esteem to mental and physical health.

Our Instructor Training programmes will give you all the tools you need to run a successful MHFA course. Instructor Training takes place over seven days, and is usually spread out over six weeks.
