We are pleased to announce that MHFA England® has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit™. The list was revealed by Great Place to Work UK®, recognising MHFA England among the list of organisations in the ‘small to medium’ category.

We are proud to lead by example, with an organisation-wide approach to wellbeing. At MHFA England we encourage our employees to bring their whole self to work. By bringing together diversity and inclusion with health and wellbeing, we hope to drive positive transformation in workplace mental health and performance.
As a social enterprise, we’re a company without shareholders. That means we reinvest our profits into giving access to quality mental health training to those who need it most. Our current focus is on supporting the NHS and Black-led organisations. We’ve delivered mental health knowledge, awareness, and skills training to over 60 NHS Trusts and organisations.
