Overview

Equip managers with the confidence and skills to have effective conversations about mental health and performance

People managers can have a huge impact on the success of their teams. For almost 70% of people, their manager has as much impact on their mental health as their partner. And yet, with staff experiencing growing levels of work-related burnout and stress, people managers are under increasing pressure.

It's vital for managers to have the tools, time, and training necessary to support their teams' mental health.

Delivered by our team of workplace mental health experts, this course is designed to help people managers understand the role they play in creating thriving and mentally healthy teams that perform at their best.
