Make sure your Youth Mental Health First Aiders stay confident, capable, and ready to support young people’s wellbeing with the Youth MHFA Refresher Course - recommended every three years. 

This four-hour course helps your Youth MHFAiders: 


Just like physical first aid, mental health first aid skills need refreshing. Regular training demonstrates your ongoing commitment to creating a resilient, supportive environment for young people, and gives you peace of mind that your Youth MHFAiders are equipped to carry out their role effectively.
