Personal Details
I am an experienced coach, trainer and mental health instructor. After experiencing first hand the impact of poor mental health, I decided to become more involved with MHFA England and mental health services.
I am a strong believer that being aware of mental health issues in the work place is a win-win situation for all involved. It can have a significant (even life changing) impact on an individual, but can also prevent long term costly implications for an employer.
Work Experience
I work as a senior HR Professional part-time and run my training and coaching consultancy part-time. My focus moving is mental health and personal wellbeing.
Over my career, I have worked as an HR professional across all sectors, including private, public and not for profit.

I am a Mental Health First Aider and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
