Personal Details
I have spent most of my working life in the hospitality industry both operational up to senior manager level and for 10 years in HR up to People Director level and I find this experience really benefits me as a trainer. I now work for myself as a consultant specialising in wellbeing and working with MHFA England as an Instructor member to deliver these crucial courses.
I provide safe learning spaces for delegates and believe the importance of sharing my own mental health journey and lived experiences during the sessions to help decrease mental health stigma. which in turn will result in more open conversations and more employees in work who are healthy and achieving.
