Personal Details
As well as running my training business at blueshadow.co.uk, I am a Mental Health Support Worker at Rethink Mental Illness and a Facilitator at Frazzled Cafe.
I have worked in a number of different industries, including Retail Banking, IT, Logistics and Recruitment.
With lived experience of mental health issues and their negative impact, I am passionate about raising mental health awareness and helping people to build resilience in the face of increasing pressures in life.
I feel that it is really important for us to be able to talk about our mental wellbeing and continue to combat the stigma, shame and discrimination surrounding mental health by improving the level of knowledge and understanding in society.
