Personal Details

Laura is an Australian born creative kook with an intense passion for all things science and wellbeing. With an academic background in Neuroscience (second major in Anatomy & Human Biology) and PostGraduate Psychology and a wealth of international experience in workplace wellbeing, she brings a grounded base of knowledge to life with humour and lived experiences.

Laura worked in a wide range of industries before moving into learning and development and wellbeing consultancy. Currently, Laura works with various clients from small start-ups to FTSE 100 companies providing Mental Health First Aid training and consultancy to help their people and their businesses thrive.

Laura worked in a wide range of industries in both injury management and prevention before organically moving into learning and development and wellbeing consultancy. She has seen positive and poor wellbeing and health in various different lenses and has a truly unique perspective. Currently, Laura works with various clients from small start-ups to FTSE 100 companies providing engaging wellbeing and Mental Health First Aid training and valuable, bespoke consultancy support, to help their people and, therefore businesses, thrive.

Prior/during University - worked for over a decade in the hospitality industry (in various roles) as well as dabbling in areas such as music and as a suba-diving assistant (that was pretty amazing).
