Hello,

Thanks for dropping by my profile.

I am Al Chester and lead trainer for Great Minds At Work, a MHFA training provider for workplaces in the UK and abroad. I have over 10 years' experience working in mental health. I started as a counsellor working with children, adolescents and adults within the education and charity sectors. I've also managed my own private counselling practice in London. I now specialise in workplace well-being and work as a trainer and consultant helping businesses become more inclusive in their practices.

I'm experienced in delivering the following MHFA courses:

Half-day: Refresher
Higher Education
Suicide First Aid
