Feedback:
"A fantastic introduction to youth mental health. Was very surprised by the statistics around this, and it was good for us to share our own misconceptions and opinions during the discussions. Really good tutor."
(Youth MH Aware 9th July 2025)
"This training has impacted and expanded my understanding of Mental health and young people, it was so interesting when learning about the importance of language when addressing mental health issues. I'm no longer the same again, now I know better and I will do better in supporting our young persons."
(YMHFA 19th June 2025)

"Gregory is an excellent trainer. He facilitated discussion in a way which you could see made participants feel able to share ideas and information and therefore make a positive contribution to discussions. Gregory was very knowledgeable, patient and encouraging and his approach made all the difference."
(MHFA 23rd May 2025)
"I really enjoyed this course, the delivery via teams with the workbook was great. Everyone in my group was very engaged and joined in which made the course even better. Greg was a great lead instructor. Looking forward to the YMHFA in July."

"Having attended this course two years ago, I was aware of the majority of the content. This for me was to renew my membership, refresh my current knowledge, and hopefully gain a greater insight with up to date guidance. Greg was such a fabulous instructor. He was confident in his own knowledge and not afraid to challenge ours. As we shared our own personal experiences throughput the training, Greg remained sensitive to any triggers; checking in and offering space if needed. I thoroughly enjoyed my two days, gaining the greater knowledge I had hoped for and the confidence to remain at the forefront should my training need to be actioned. Thank you for all of your support, Greg. It was great to meet you."
(MHFA 8th May 2025)
"Really enjoyed this course, this was a refresher for me, so I had an understanding of the topics we covered, however this course I found much more enjoyable than the previous Mental Health First Aid course I took three years ago. Greg made everyone feel at ease from the start, we had a really nice group and the space felt safe for some members to open up about their experiences. He was able to cover the topics and some quite heavy material with ease and knowledge, so made the two days fly by. Would not hesitate recommending this course to anyone. The venue was excellent too. Thanks Greg"

"Greg was a really good instructor and explained things in detail. He was knowledgeable in the subject and had lived experiences to share to support our understanding. I would be happy to recommend Greg as an instructor and the course to others. Thank you.
