Personal Details
I am proud to be a Mental Health First Aid England Instructor delivering Youth MHFA courses in the West Midlands area and nationwide. I’ve been a mental health campaigner for over the last ten years working with families, adults, young people and children. I’m particularly interested in campaigning to support young people's physical and mental health. I am a registered Mental Health First Aid Trainer, Suicide First Aid Associate Tutor, SENCO (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator) and have experience in educational testing, coaching and mentoring. I am currently training for the BSL level 3 qualification.
