I specialise as a subject matter expert in conflict management, primarily concentrating on businesses grappling with challenges related to organisational culture, employee absence, interpersonal conflict, and employee engagement issues. My comprehensive range of services encompasses industrial and employee relations support, mediating both two-party and group disputes, providing coaching and mentoring, facilitating meetings, conducting workshops, training courses in conflict and mental health and offering neutral evaluations. I take a personalised approach to crafting solutions tailored to the unique needs of both individuals and businesses. I collaborate closely with referrers to ensure the delivery of the most effective and customised services to resolve their specific problems.
