Personal Details
I have worked for a variety of voluntary and statutory mental health services over the past 20 years. This includes working on acute wards within psychiatric hospitals, with homelessness projects, with people with alcohol and substance misuse issues - and with adults and children and young people. Until February 2014, I worked with Coventry and Warwickshire Mind and in addition to roles within Floating Support, Supported Accommodation, Befriending, IAPT, Rehab and Recovery, I became Senior Operational Manager and worked within Business Development. As part of this role, I developed social enterprise initiatives, including a Training Service.
I deliver a variety of training programmes, often with people who use/have used mental health services, who co-design and deliver their lived experience of mental health, wellbeing and recovery.
