Personal Details
I help organisations develop places where people can thrive - through supportive conversations and psychologically safe environments.
When mental health support is approached with confidence and skill, everyone benefits. Colleagues feel valued and supported, customer interactions improve, and organisations build more resilient, engaged teams.
My approach combines practical skills development with cultural change, focusing on two key areas:
1. Supporting colleagues: I equip teams with the confidence, skills and knowledge to have meaningful conversations about mental health, creating environments where people can bring their whole selves to work.
2. Enhancing customer service: I help client-facing staff develop the tools to support customers experiencing mental health challenges with empathy and understanding.
Having lived with mental health challenges since the age of 11, I bring personal insight alongside my leadership experience as a former Charity CEO in the Citizens Advice network and Director of Services at a Local Mind. This dual perspective helps me translate good intentions around mental health into practical, effective strategies that work in real-world settings.

Mental Health Training – Including Mental Health First Aid, with over 1,200 people trained and a 9.82/10 instructor rating
Tailored Workshops – From raising awareness to building practical skills around mental health, wellbeing, through to support in crisis and developing communication skills for difficult conversations
Workplace Mediation – Resolving conflicts while preserving psychological safety
Strategic Consultancy – Embedding supportive practices into organisational culture, and supporting charities with my prior leadership experience
Impactful Speaking – Sharing authentic stories that inspire action
