FULL TIME MENTAL HEALTH INSTRUCTOR/SAFEGUARDING AND WELL-BEING CONSULTANT DUALISM TRAINING LTD
Dualism Training Ltd are delighted to deliver this training on behalf of MHFA England.
My own lived experience and helping others through their experiences feeds my passion for this topic. My experience in the field is not only personal, but also professional.
Having worked as a Human Resources Manager with a degree in Human Resource Management and always with a passion for people, the move to work specifically in Mental Health and well-being was a very natural one.
I have previously worked for Surrey County Council and various charities in my career to date and have gained vast experience in working with troubled families affected by both serious long-term physical illnesses and those with mental illness, young people at risk of offending and adults with histories of offending and addiction. Training and development have always been a huge part of what I do and due to this, I have written and been been responsible for delivering training to youth workers around safeguarding, dealing with self-harm, anger management, child sexual exploitation, recognising drug and alcohol misuse, working with people affected by domestic abuse.
My work is an incredibly important part of my life and I love that I am able to help people to help people through training and encouraging businesses to be supportive of mental health and well-being. I really do believe we can change the world one person at a time.
