Personal Details
Gary has developed extensive insight into mental health over several decades through personal experience, supporting his partner, and helping others in his role as a Mental Health First Aider (MHFAider).
These experiences have led to a strong interest in mental health and, more recently, neurodiversity. Over the past few years he has deepened his understanding of these areas and the importance of awareness, empathy, and practical support.
Outside of mental health, Gary has interests in economics, politics, technology, and martial arts.
Gary's aims:
To improve awareness, understanding, and knowledge of mental health so people can better support themselves and others, enabling happier and more productive lives.
To build a healthier and more stable life with a high level of independence and the freedom to make his own choices.
Work Experience
Gary has been with Rejuvenate® First Aid Training for two years, becoming the lead MHFA trainer in 2026.
