Personal Details
I am an experienced trainer, with a background in line management and HR management. In addition to training and coaching skills, I bring counselling skills to the training room to help individuals feel supported throughout the training
With a passion for mental well-being, particularly within the workplace, I offer training with an emphasis on supporting individuals to be self aware and well informed
Based in Merseyside, I run mental health first aider training across the UK for individuals or businesses, both virtually and in person
In house courses can be delivered Nationwide, with prices starting from £125pp
Work Experience
I spent 20 years working in support services within pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing, in roles from Client Services Manager to Operations Manager.
The last 15 years have been in HR Management within the service sector, providing pastoral support, training and development, and compliance management I am also a person centred wellbeing and executive coach.
I am a volunteer Counsellor, having spent time at both Childline and Shout Crisis Textline and am an associate trainer for Chasing the Stigma's Ambassador of Hope, The Burnt Chef Project hospitality mental health training and Drinkaware alcohol awareness training.
