Personal Details

Anne, a MHFA instructor, an advocate for healthy workforces where people can thrive. I've teamed up with my son and together we provide a practical approach to physical and mental health. By using exercise, good nutrition and fun to support physical and mental strength, we find people come back for more.

I've studied Wellness and recovery and completed a Masters in the Psychology of Wellbeing which included a core component of psychological health. Inspired to reduce stress and stigma in the workplace I offer the opportunity for participants to complete their 2 day MHFA training and then receive 3 months support.

Our open programmes are run from a lovely venue near Bedford, in Bedfordshire and I run in house programmes too when there are at least 8 participants.. NB for the foreseeable future all programme are delivered on-line. I'm getting fantastic reviews.

Work Experience

My career has been in large corporates with an international focus.

In 2007 I set up my business to develop teams and leaders through workshops, coaching both individuals and teams. I am an accredited supervisor for coaches and consultants and a member of the global supervisors network, ICF PCC and the Trusted Coach. I also accredit Resilience Coaches.

A published author together with my son and another colleague we have been commissioned by Routledge to produce a book on practical strategies for Recovery, Health and Wellness. Due out later in 2021.
