Hello,
My name is Jo and I work as an Emotional Health Practitioner. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and a passionate advocate for the improvement of mental health, especially in children and young people. I am proud to be part of the MHFA network, helping like-minded professionals to identify, understand and assist people who may be struggling with poor mental health.
Combining my academic knowledge with first-hand experience of working with children and young people (aged 4-19), I am able to offer colleagues who work with children and their families the chance to gain targeted training in mental health. I travel across England delivering training but a majority of my work is in Essex and London, delivering the fantastic half, one or two-day youth MHFA course.
