Personal Details
I have a firm belief that the more open we are about mental health then the more we can facilitate change and reduce stigma. I believe with the right support we all have the capacity to reach our full potential.
I am an accredited psychotherapist with over fifteen years' experience counselling adults, children and young people in a variety of settings including in private practice, schools and sixth form colleges and specialise in working with anxiety and anxiety disorders.
I have worked for a number of high profile organisations including Childline, The YMCA and Mind.
I currently work in private practice counselling children and adults and deliver Adult and Youth Mental health First Aid Training, mental health awareness training and PHSE lessons across the U.K.
Work Experience
I deliver Mental health awareness training to large organisations across the world.
I have worked as a counsellor for young people for The Terrence Higgins Trust, Mind, The YMCA and Childline.
Qualifications
I am accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy membership number 644717.
I have a certificate, Higher education certificate and Diploma in Integral Therapeutic counselling.
I am a qualified Supervisor.
I am an NLP coach
I am an approved Youth Mental Health First Aid (Wales) Instructor.
I am an approved HE Mental health First Aid Instructor.
