Personal Details
I am an experienced Learning Manager, trainer and engaging facilitator with over 25 years’ experience based in various parts of the UK. I have a successful track record of researching, designing and delivering innovative training solutions that enhance organisational capability.
I love to ride my motorbike, travel and take part in energetic classes at the gym!
Work Experience
I am a wellbeing specialist for personal development workshops on topics including resilience, mental health for everyone and coping with anxiety.
My specialities include: Project Management, training research, design and delivery, organisation, motivation, human behaviours, Action Learning Sets, coaching and Team Leader development.
I am a positive and energetic in the delivery of MHFA. Participants on my sessions will walk away with confidence and inspiration to use their new Mental Health First Aid skills and knowledge when needed. With a focus on recovery and strength-based principles, I work with delegates to create a relaxed, supportive and safe learning environment.
