Personal Details
An enthusiastic and motivated learning professional since 2010 starting as a contact centre induction trainer for a large UK financial organisation. I built my career through providing leadership development learning to a range of audiences from 2011-2016.
Work Experience
From 2017, I have had the privilege of working with other medium to large, multisite organisations both in the UK and Europe as a freelance consultant, designing and delivering both technical and soft skill learning interventions for a range of audiences from customer facing colleagues to senior managers. This includes face to face and virtual online learning. I hold experience of operating virtual platforms such as Teams, Webex, Zoom and more. Since 2017, I have been providing Mental Health support for Ben Automotive (automotive charity) and the DWP.
