Each Startwell programme begins with a Smart Start stakeholder meeting.
Either remotely or in the room, we run a 2-hour scoping session with your
designated MHFA England experts to better understand your specific needs.
Honest analysis and assessment
Through evidence-based research, we immerse ourselves in your workplace, listening without judgement to give you an honest evaluation of your company culture and the collective mental health of your employees.
Data-driven evaluation
We know that asking for feedback from your workforce is something which
should be done sensitively and with great attention. From surveys to focus groups we ensure we listen carefully and respectfully creating for you a strategy for a healthy workplace culture that is backed up by data.
Actionable roadmaps
Following our diagnostic process, we build a roadmap in line with your vision, outlining actionable and achievable recommendations.
We use the agreed roadmap to create your organisation’s Mental Health Playbook. This straightforward actionable guide will give you all the necessary tools to train, educate and motivate your workforce.
Commitment to change
At the end of your program, we will work with you to set up milestones of continued success, and schedule check-ins with your designated Startwell consultant to help further the positive commitment to your workforce.
