This course is focused particularly on young people 16+. It can be a massive time of transition for young people, leaving school, maybe leaving home and friends to go off to University. This training will help young people understand how they can support their own mental health as well as support friends, family and colleagues, knowing how to spot early signs, deal with a crisis and how to provide them with First Aid. And will be a great addition to any CV. This training costs £250. Early bird discounts are available if booked before 12th July and further subsidy available by negotiation.
