We all have mental health. Yet there is still a stigma that stops many people from talking about it or seeking help.
We're working towards a future where everyone can get the support they need to thrive. By joining our team, you'll be helping more people gain the confidence and knowledge to start a conversation about mental health – the sort of conversation that could change lives.
Together we can create mentally healthy workplaces where people, communities, and business thrive.
-
Our values are at the heart of everything we do.
- Ambitious for change – we push boundaries to help our people and our communities create a nation where everyone’s mental health matters
- Ahead of the curve – we’re always looking for ways to stay ahead so we can provide the best quality products and services for workplaces where people, communities, and business thrive
- Community builders – we create a powerful movement with a common purpose to which our employees, clients, and members are proud to belong
- Focused on impact – we prioritise our efforts and resources on the activities that will make the biggest difference to the mental health of the nation
- Caring and equitable – we believe that everyone should be seen, heard, and feel like they belong

We're committed to celebrating diversity in all its glory. To empower our people to bring their whole selves to work, we run regular sessions to explore and stay educated on a range of diversity, inclusion and equality topics.
It's our collective responsibility to create and sustain an inclusive environment. Our Inclusion Network advocates for diversity and accessibility and ensures everyone has an opportunity to be heard at MHFA England.
We celebrate key moments and events, such as Pride, Black History Month, International Women’s Day and Men's Health Week, because they reflect the diverse makeup of our people. We recognise that our diversity makes us stronger, more innovative, more creative, and this all helps us to better serve our colleagues, our customers and our communities.
We are an equal opportunities employer, and we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion or belief, marital status, pregnancy or maternity leave status. We encourage applications from people currently underrepresented within the organisation, including but not limited to people from the LGBTQ+ community, people with disabilities, and Black, Indigenous and/or People of Colour.

As a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for candidates who identify as disabled and demonstrate the essential criteria in the job description. If you wish to be considered for this scheme, please let us know in your application.
