Mental health training for the workplace

Would you know what to say to someone experiencing poor mental health?

For a team to work at their best, creating an inclusive environment to support their wellbeing is crucial. When people feel their mental health is supported at work, they are more productive, helping organisations to thrive. That’s where our workplace courses come in.

Our expert guidance and training courses equip people with the skills to spot the warning signs of poor mental health in themselves and others. We help them build the confidence to talk about mental health. And we provide the knowledge about support services they can use or signpost people to.

By giving your people the right knowledge, tools, and support, we can help you create workplace cultures that create mentally healthy, high-performing, and productive teams. Better understanding of mental health and less stigma ripples out into communities, with the potential to improve and save lives.

We offer flexible training to suit you and your organisation. As well as MHFA® and awareness courses, we also have sector-specific courses and a full range of people manager training. Our training is delivered online or face to face, in sessions from one hour to two days.
