Mental health training for individuals
As a society, we don't always know how to take care of our mental health like we do our physical health. This means that people may not know how to support a friend, family member, or colleague experiencing a mental health issue, or where to go for help with their own mental health. That’s where our courses come in.
Our training gives people the knowledge and skills to spot the signs of a person experiencing poor mental health, the confidence to start a conversation, and the tools to signpost to appropriate support.
Investing in our courses doesn’t just benefit you. Better understanding of mental health and less stigma ripples out into communities, with the potential to improve and save lives.
These courses are delivered by our network of independent Instructor Members, by booking a course you are booking directly with an Instructor Member.
