We are very pleased to announce that Business in the Community (BITC) has published a new report today recommending Mental Health First Aid training for managers in all organisations.
MHFA is one of two key recommendations for employee wellbeing made in the report, ‘Leading on mental wellbeing: transforming the role of line managers’.
