Personal Details
Hello,
Thanks for dropping by my profile. I’m Ben Fillery, the founder and lead trainer of the mental health training and consulting firm www.mindsovermatters.co.uk.
I’m a senior member of the Accredited Counsellors, Coaches, Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH) and having experienced anxiety and depression I'm passionate about increasing awareness of mental ill health and promoting positive mental health for all.
A lifelong learner and committed trainer I bring a positive energy to the classroom – be it virtual or a physical environment.
I’m qualified in both the level 3 award in training and education and train the trainer qualifications. I have an inclusive training style; using various training techniques to ensure all student learning styles are incorporated. Ultimately, delegates gain an enhanced understanding of the mental health content – and have an enjoyable experience of the course.
I’m experienced in delivering the following MHFA courses:
Two-day: First Aid
One-day: Champion
Half-day: Aware
Half-day: Refresher
