Personal Details
Valentina Hynes is a specialist in Wellbeing & Happiness at Work. She describes herself as a Connector who helps people build bridges from diversity to inclusion, equity and equality, from poor mental health to happiness, From disengagement to engagement.
Valentina embarked on a mission to foster employee wellbeing through away day experiences and mental health training for employees and managers, after experiencing first hand the traumatic effects of work related stress and anxiety, following her husband’s heart attack in 2017.
Delegates who have joined her course mostly describe her as "Engaging, Caring, and Passionate, invested in creating a safe space for learning and wellbeing, even while delivering such a potentially emotive and triggering, challenging course."
She is a certified DiSC psychometric profile, an Associate Fellow of The Royal Commonwealth Society and Vice-Chair of Governors at Harrogate High School.
