Personal Details
I am based in Suffolk and travel frequently to deliver training on a nationwide basis. I am a passionate advocate of mental wellbeing, have some lived experience of struggling with mental health issues, with this experience I have learnt how important it is to develop good self awareness and when it comes to workplaces I know how important it is to encourage a proactive and positive approach to workplace health and wellbeing.
Work Experience
I have worked in the field of Occupational Health & Wellbeing for over 10 years during which time I have worked with a wide range of businesses and organisations small and large to develop wellbeing strategies and programmes. I am an experienced MHFA Instructor, delivering Adult MHFA courses including the Adult 2 day course, Adult 1 day course and Refresher course, all of which I can deliver online or in person (nationwide).
