Katy is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and has more than twenty years’ HR experience in organisations of varying sizes.
Work Experience
Her most recent experience is as the global lead of an Employee Well-being programme for an international organisation. She has experience of delivering HR and well-being training across the world. She is a certified Adult Mental Health First Aid Instructor.
